- Confirm your move out cleans all rooms of the home including all the exterior and interior of the kitchen appliances.

 

-All interior windows / glass patio door and window /patio door tracks to be cleaned

-All ground level exterior windows / glass patio door to be cleaned.

​

-All blinds to be wiped cleaned / dusted.

​

- Garage / Storage Area to be broom swept.

 

​-Landscape to be returned to tidy condition. (Landscape must be turned over freshy mowed and landscaping trimmed.)

​

- Properties with carpet who have pets should be requesting "enzyme treatment" to reduce the chance of pet odors that can affect your deposit if a re-clean is needed.

-The property must have all personal property removed before the professional cleaning day. Including the fridge, cabinets & garage.

(Cleaners to not dispose food or items left behind. Fees will apply for handyman services to remove left behind contents.)

-All plug in or tenant provided air-fresheners must be removed from property before cleaning day.

​

- Spray off all and any decking & concrete. 

(No personal outdoor concrete art chalk to be showing.)
